Yes, I spotted the mistake and made the correction. I was thinking about when O.J. first started dating Nicole seriously in New York while he was still married to Marqueritte. He met Nicole in 1977, which is when O.J. bought the house on Rockingham. Sometimes too much knowledge can get you in trouble. It’s hard to keep it straight.
Anyhow, thanks for making the correction. There is no telling when (or if) I might have spotted it. –Jasper
