Who knows where this money goes? Maybe it finances the drug trade, maybe some goes to legitimate sources. I have a feeling anyone doing anything illegal in LA has to pay a fee and are under the watch of the secret police. Another thought, maybe Nicole was carrying on her own surveillance of these cops to get something on them so they would be afraid to charge her.
