For someone who wasn't there and saw it with his own eyes, there's no way to tell. The Bronco chase and other CourtTV coverage had so much logos and other infos displayed on the screen + they zoomed the cameras etc. that it looked 90% like a video game anyway.
That someone was allegedly killed but lived on is what they claimed about the Roswell, too, suppose the aliens are playing cards with Air Force pilots in a smokey cellar room down Area 51.
